Admissions in Classes – I to IX

Admissions into the classes - I to IX (CBSE) in Vikash CBSE Schools are open during the months of January-April every year. Application form and prospectus for admission into all the classes can be got from our office counter/reception everyday during the months mentioned above with a payment of Rs.500/- in cash.

The form and prospectus also be got through post by sending a DD of RS 550/- in favor of Vikash Residential School payable at Bargarh with a Self Addressed Envelope with PIN Code and Contact no. to The Principal, Vikash Residential School, Vikash Knowledge Hub, Barahaguda Canal Chowk, Bargarh, Odisha.

Documents Required for Admission - Class - I-IX

• Progress report of the last class attended.
• Previous school record form.
• Three passport size and two stamp size photographs of the student.
• Two passport size photographs of the parent/guardian.
• Copy of the birth certificate.
• Original Transfer Certificate from the previous school.(Countersigned by Regional Officer, CBSE /D.I./C.I. of school for admission in class- IX)
• Original Conduct/Character Certificate.
• One passport size photograph of each of the approved visitors.
• Medical history form.
• Cast Certificate (in case of SC/ST/BC student) from revenue officer not below the rank of Tahasildar / Additional Tahasildar.
